Meet the Team
Dr. Ehlinger
Hi, there! I’m Dr. Carolina Ehlinger, or as most of my patients know me, Lina. I’m a clinical psychologist and I specialize in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), and other trauma-related disorders. I also treat depression, anxiety, and panic. I absolutely love what I do!
My goal is to make therapy a warm, supportive, and safe place to get in the trenches and find out how to best make changes in your life. I’m really passionate about using science-backed treatments that we know work to reduce painful symptoms. These treatments are tailored to your individual needs and goals so that you can get the most out of therapy.
I started L.E. Psych to help people get control back in their lives. PTSD, BPD, depression, or anxiety can take so much from you, but it’s never too late to get better. I would be honored to be part of your journey.

Dr. Henschel
Hello! I'm Dr. Aisling (pronounced Ash-ling) Henschel. I'm a clinical psychologist and I specialize in the treatment of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Prolonged Grief Disorder (PGD), and other trauma-related disorders. I also treat depression, anxiety, and substance use.
My goal for therapy is to provide a warm and supportive environment where folks can be their authentic selves and begin the journey of making change. Change can feel really hard! So, I use science-backed treatments that we know work to help support meaningful change and help reduce pain and suffering. I think it is so important for my patients to feel they are getting the most out of therapy, so we come together as a team to find which treatments best fit their needs.
I joined L.E. Psych because of Dr. Ehlinger's beliefs that it's never too late to feel better! I wholeheartedly agree! PTSD, PGD, and other mental health problems can feel overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be that way. I truly believe it's a privilege for me to be there to support my patients and I look forward to meeting you!
